Adept Health Care Service, Inc. is actively recruiting to expand our services. Applications are accepted Monday through Friday 9 am until 3:30pm, or call to make an appointment. Call our office at 518 271-1055 Monday through Friday 8:30am-4pm so we can advise you regarding anything you may need to bring with you. In order to be employed with Adept Health Care Service we do require a yearly physical and PPD, and a copy of your MMR records. These documents are held in strict confidence as Adept is in compliance with all aspect of the HIPAA policy, which applies to both clients and staff members. If you would like a copy of our HIPAA policy, call the office to request one!
